I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Self-Worth Coach. I treat a range of mental health disorders using both evidenced based modalities as well as creative strategies. I specialize in repairing self-worth damaged by life experiences. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, women's issues, racial trauma, identity development and trauma. My goal is to make mental health care assessable and to break cultural stigmas around mental health care.
